- On-Site Technical Support: Expert technicians visit your location to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize devices enrolled in TechShield Device+, addressing hardware issues, software configurations, and performance challenges.
- Device Health Checks: Perform in-person assessments of device security, performance, and compliance, ensuring alignment with TechShield Device+ standards.
- On-Site Training: Provide hands-on training for your team on device usage, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Hardware Support: Assist with hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements for enrolled devices, ensuring minimal downtime.

How It Works
- Eligibility Check: Ensure all devices requiring support are enrolled in the TechShield Device+ service.
- Schedule Support: Request on-site support at least 48 hours in advance, specifying your preferred time during business hours (8 AM–5 PM EST, Monday–Friday).
- On-Site Visit: A TechShield 923 technician will arrive at your location in Lafayette, Fort Wayne, or Indianapolis to provide support for your enrolled devices.
- Follow-Up: Receive a detailed report of the visit, including actions taken and recommendations, delivered via email or secure portal.
- Free Visits: For every 100 devices enrolled per site, receive one free on-site technician visit per month.
Requirements
- Location: Available only for businesses in Indiana (Lafayette, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis).
- Scheduling: On-site support must be scheduled 48 hours in advance.
- Business Hours: Support is provided during business hours (8 AM–5 PM EST, Monday–Friday).
- Enrollment: Devices must be enrolled in the TechShield Device+ service.
Pricing
TechShield On-Site is offered at the following rates:
- On-Site Support Fee: $300 per visit
- Free Visits: For every 100 devices enrolled per site in TechShield Device+, receive one free on-site technician visit per month (up to 4 hours).
- Additional Costs: Travel expenses may apply for locations outside a 50-mile radius of Lafayette, Fort Wayne, or Indianapolis, billed at $0.67 per mile.
